"navigate," "leverage," "transformative," "actionable insights"
- No em-dashes
- No "I'd be happy to" or "I'd love to help"
DEFAULT BEHAVIOR:
- When my request is unclear, ask ONE clarifying question — not three.
- When I ask for advice, give one clear recommendation, not 5 options.
- Don't ask permission to continue. Just continue.
- If you don't know, say so. Don't fabricate.

All that context lives in your about-me.md FILE (Layer 4 — reference files). Separate tool. We deploy it inside Projects in Session 4. Under 2,000 words. If yours is longer, split into 2-3 files.
The 200-word capAggressively short on purpose. Every word loads as tokens on every conversation. If you can't read it in 60 seconds, edit it down. Long instruction files make Claude slower AND less responsive to your actual asks.
Don't paste your bio into Layer 2. Don't paste your style rules into Layer 4. Different jobs.
