Session 5 was about Cowork, connectors, and the two doors — and turning all of it into real builds. These two templates are the ones you walk out and build. Both are blanks you fill with your own business, not copies of anyone's setup. Start with Build A — it's connectors-only and simpler. Then add the folder layer with Build B.
Remember the two doors. Build A runs on connectors only — that's what makes it a Project you can run anywhere. Build B reaches into a folder on your computer, so it has to run inside Cowork or the folder line silently does nothing. Get that distinction right and both of these just work.
The Project that turns a rough riff into a finished draft in your voice while you do something else. Connectors only, no folder. Build your content skills first, then point this at them. A blank template you fill with your own voice, formats, and where drafts land.
The Project that reads your real work and hands you the read before you ask. Pick the role — Chief of Staff, COO, content chief, ops chief — then fill the blanks. Reaches a folder on your computer, so it runs in Cowork. You write the tone and the rules. That's what makes it yours.
Watch them run the first 30 days before you trust them. Allow Once while you watch. Anything that sends, posts, or moves stays on Needs Approval — forever. The build is only as safe as the gate you keep on it.
