Intake + Diagnostic Call + 90-Day Plan

You complete a detailed intake form. Crystal reviews everything before your 60-minute diagnostic call, where she exposes the gaps, maps the constraint, and builds your first 90-day plan. You then get a separate call to walk through the roadmap and open your client portal. This becomes the operational foundation for everything that follows.

Tier 1: 8 submissions per month (2/week). Tier 2: 12 per month (3/week). Submit a decision you're sitting on, work to review, something that stopped landing, or a weekly progress update. Crystal responds via Loom within 72 business hours. Your always-on COO in your pocket.
